We have been a family of 5 in this house for a week, two adults and three children. The house is impeccable, very equipped (it does not lack anything) and very comfortable. Plentiful, good quality bedding and towels. The wonderful pool and the beautiful views. Being 5 we were very grateful for the spaciousness of the house, the good kitchen and good appliances, especially the large refrigerator. Communication with the owners very good and fluid at all times. They have always been on the lookout for our questions. The urbanization is very quiet and we highlight the absolute silence that there is, especially at night, where you can sleep with everything open and without hearing anything at all. The location for us has been excellent, as we love the north of Tenerife. Puerto de la Cruz a step away and quick access to the north highway. Of course, the urbanization is totally residential, without shops or businesses, but we already knew that and it seems perfect. By car, Mercadona, Lidl, etc. 5 min. It is without a doubt a property to recommend. We would be delighted to repeat. Thanks Michael and Christa!

It was our first time in Tenerife and we thought for a long time whether we would stay in the south or in the north. Last but not least, the promising photos and descriptions of Villa La Palmita were decisive and we have not regretted it. Even the contact in advance with all the information you need was friendly and uncomplicated. (The route description was more detailed and clearer than the information on our navigation system!) We were only able to implement some of the excursion and restaurant tips – we only had one week – but they were very helpful. The house was a dream! Tippitoppi clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We arrived on Sunday evening and were very happy to receive fresh bread and a full fridge. We liked the furniture very much, the sofa and beds were super comfortable, there were more than enough dishes and with the supply of towels we would have got by at least four times as long. The terrace with sea view, heated pool and porch swing quickly became a favorite place. We went south one day (for whale watching – that was great!) And were then happy to return to our quiet oasis in the north. Those who do not like to be in the hustle and bustle and can do without constant sound on the beach and on the street, who do not want to be constantly addressed by promoters, but prefer nice contacts (sometimes with the help of hands and feet and a translation app) with locals, who likes Shopping at local farmers’ markets is definitely better off in the north. And especially at Villa La Palmita. There are even the latest speed camera warnings when you leave! Thank you, family Zimmer, we will definitely be back again. At the end of October 2017, the three of us spent 10 days in the pretty little house Casa La Palmita. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the size of the house and the lovely furnishings. In the dark we immediately enjoyed the beautifully lit pool and explored all the rooms. Our holiday feeling was right there. When viewed in daylight, you can see the sea and the planted gardens. The location of the house is very quiet despite the proximity to the motorway. We both relaxed by the pool and went on many excursions, as many of the island’s sights are easy to reach from there. A car is necessary for shopping and dining. Thanks to the helpful tips from our hosts, we have found very good restaurants and nice beaches. We will definitely come back again. We stayed here in this beautiful house for a week, and although we have been to Tenerife several times, we never felt the need to come to the same accommodation a second time. This is different this time, we will be back in November and we are sure that we will then experience another dream vacation in a particularly beautiful and lovingly furnished house. We recently returned from a wonderful holiday in Tenerife. In advance you get some information from Mr. Zimmer. Among other things, a detailed description of how to get there, but also a small travel guide and, really a great idea, a small restaurant guide. After landing I had a friendly message on the cell phone from Mr. Zimmer with a welcome note and the information that he had brought fresh food into the house and that we could contact you at any time if something happened. Check-in at the house was easy. The house has an electronic combination lock, you get the pin in advance. That went without any problems. In the house we really found everything that you need for the first evening and morning: fresh bread, sausage, cheese and butter, a box of mineral water, a bottle of wine, but also fruit. Really great! Above all: avocados from their own tree. The house is as promised: it is spacious. The furniture is all in good condition and the beds are fine. We’d rather sleep harder, but it was really okay. The pool is big enough and well maintained. There is a large awning on the terrace so that you can sit outside. The other equipment of the house is really good: there are hygiene articles, in the kitchen there is everything you need, in addition to a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, also a food processor, vacuum cleaner, bread slicer. There are spices, vinegar and oil, etc. The surroundings of the house are nice, residential development, from the terrace you can see the sea! So beautiful! The area around la Victoria de Acentejo is really beautiful and varied. There is not much you can do on foot from the house. But you can drive to Lidl, Hiperdino or Puerto de la Cruz in no time at all. In summary: great vacation in a great house with really helpful landlords (had asked them a few times and got prompt answers. Or even new avocados, yammy!) Many thanks to the Zimmer family! We will definitely come back again!

We were allowed to spend two wonderful weeks in your casa and it is very difficult to say goodbye! Everything was right, the house, the great view and the heated pool contributed a lot to our well-being 🙂 The house is great, the furnishings are very tasteful and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. As long-term “holiday home users” and passionate hobby cooks, we were more than pleasantly surprised by the lavish kitchen equipment. Nothing is missing, everything is there to really “work” – great! The “all-round service” from you was also more than usual. Great information in advance, always accessible during the stay … In short, the stay in your “oasis of wellbeing” was simply perfect and when we end up on the island again, this is our first address! Of course, we have provided our family and friends and acquaintances with numerous photos and information. The feedback was appropriate … everyone was pretty jealous 🙂 With that in mind, thank you again for everything and maybe at another time!

We were the first guests to test the apartment and were very satisfied with the cleanliness, the layout and the furnishings of the apartment. Rooms are all big enough and tastefully decorated. Pool and location great. The view of the sea at breakfast is a great way to start every day. We will definitely book this apartment again.

Who is looking for a quiet holiday home for a family of up to 6 people (4 adults, 2 children on the sofa bed) with every imaginable comfort is in good hands in the villa “La Palmita”. Already in the run-up to our vacation we were provided with helpful information about nearby restaurants and excursion destinations by the very cordial landlords and we “worked through” these to our full satisfaction during our 10-day vacation. The tips were compiled from the perspective of locals and are reliable. Everything has been thought of here. Arrived very late and exhausted on the day of arrival, we first explored the premises and even found fresh starter food in the bread box and refrigerator, so that we could use the first evening hours to relax by the illuminated and heated pool. Thanks a lot for this! The house is very well maintained and in particular the continuous glass fronts and sliding doors in all rooms reinforce the feeling of space and freedom, which already results from the grandiose view from the terrace of the Atlantic from this exposed location. We also found it brilliant that the terrace and pool are not visible, which really creates a very private, Finka-like holiday feeling. Also worth mentioning is the fact that there are almost no pests such as mosquitoes or flies here. We see our expectations as more than fulfilled, because unlike usual in the advertising industry, everything here corresponds to the photos and documents that we received in advance and in fact nothing is missing here. The kitchen is fully equipped and even repairs to sports equipment you have brought with you are possible, as tools are even available. If something does not work as planned, the nearby landlords are always available and helpful. At a safe distance from the tourist centers, but still within 5 minutes by car to all important shopping markets, “La Palmita” is definitely the first address for us for our next vacation in Tenerife. Without a rental car, the island is only suitable for package travelers anyway, because the climbs from the coast to the nearby towns, as well as within the towns, are all extreme. Finally, a tip from an enthusiastic mountain biker: if you are not in top shape and want to shoot your powder on the way there, we recommend a trip by car into the woods starting at El Rosario. In the forest areas you can still collect a lot of altitude and are rewarded with fantastic views over the south-east side of the island. Until next time!

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you again for the great house. We really appreciated the very good equipment of the apartment with a large internet television and internet radio, as well as a complete kitchen. The heated pool was a daily “must” for us. The location is very quiet and the view is fantastic. The Teide is within reach, but also big city flair is available in Puerto de la Cruz in just 10 minutes by car. We have not yet got to know your concern for directions, events and groceries in the house. Again, many, many thanks and we will definitely come again!
